Working Principle:

The PG-6-L3 bar polishing machine is primarily used in the initial stage of product processing, integrating drying and polishing functions to achieve a smooth surface on wooden ice cream sticks.

This equipment alone does not have a drying function; it requires a steam boiler, heat exchanger, and induced draft fan system to achieve the drying operation. Its working principle is as follows: The steam boiler generates steam and delivers it to the heat exchanger; external air is heated by the heat exchanger and then converted into hot air, which is then sent into the polishing machine. The steam flow rate is precisely controlled by valves to ensure a stable and efficient drying process.

In actual operation, the first 4 hours constitute the drying stage: hot air is continuously supplied to the polishing machine while the equipment continues to rotate, ensuring the bars are heated evenly. Once the bars are nearly dry, the steam supply is turned off, and the equipment continues to run to achieve the polishing effect. The polishing time can be flexibly adjusted according to product quality requirements; a standard recommended time is 2 hours.
