The Manufacturing Process from Bamboo to Bamboo Sticks:
Raw Bamboo—> Cut the bamboo Into certain length(e.g 1.9 meters)—> Splitting the bamboo into bamboo strips —> Bamboo Strip Processing ( strip width setting/knot removing/separating green layer from yellow layer)—> Bamboo Stick Shape Forming Process, Process bamboo strips into 3.0mm round sticks–> Get fresh bamboo sticks–> Chemical Treatment of bamboo Stick (stick boiling)—> Bamboo Stick Drying—> Get dried bamboo sticks–> Bamboo Stick Selecting –> Round Bamboo Stick Selecting–>Packing
