The main features of the equipment are as follows:
Feeding: Semi-finished flat wooden spoons are manually placed in the feeding area.
Conveying and Picking Up: The equipment automatically pushes the wooden spoons onto the conveyor belt, where they are then picked up by suction cups and transferred to the hot press.
Hot Pressing：The hot press uses single-sided heating and can hot press 50 wooden spoons simultaneously.
Unloading and Delivery: After forming, the suction cups remove the wooden spoons and place them back on the conveyor belt, transporting them to the rear counting area.
Counting and Bundling: Manual counting is performed here. Every 50 spoons will be counted and the worker will choose to bundle by machine and also by worker himself.
