Working Principle:
The PG-6-L3 Wooden Spoon Drying and polishing machine serves as an initial processing unit for wooden utensils, integrating drying and polishing to create a smooth surface on items like spoons, forks, and knives.
Key Features & Working Principle:
While the machine itself does not include drying components, it operates in conjunction with a steam boiler, heat exchanger, and induced draft fan system. Steam produced by the boiler is directly conducted to the heat exchanger, which warms external air. The resulting hot air is channeled into the polishing chamber. Precise valve control ensures consistent steam flow for effective drying.
Operational Process:
Drying Phase (approx. 4 hours): Hot air is supplied continuously while the machine rotates to heat bars uniformly.
Polishing Phase: After drying, steam is turned off and rotation continues to achieve the desired polish. Polishing duration is adjustable; a typical cycle lasts 2 hours.
