The Crafts of Making wood into ice cream sticks
Wood sawing –> wood Steaming –> wooden bark Peeling –> Rotary cutting of wood into chips of a certain thickness (2.18MM) –> CNC punching machine to cut into 93MM or 114MM wooden ice cream sticks –> Product drying –> Obtaining dried wooden ice cream sticks –> Using a ice cream stick sorting machine to sort the products (Stick Order Arranging)–> Initial selection (removing products considered unqualified waste, those with obvious thin/narrow/bent problems) –> Chamfering and surface removal (Making round edge) –> Continued polishing and dust removal, polishing the ice cream sticks –> Arrange the wooden ice cream sticks into good order again –> wooden ice cream stick selection, using a ice cream stick visual sorting machine to further select the chamfered popsicle sticks, making the inspection process more precise –> If the product needs to be branded, use wooden ice cream stick branding machine –> If branding is not required, use a bundling machine to bundle 50 sticks/bundle –> Finished product, boxed.
