The Crafts of Making wood into wooden coffee stirring sticks
Cut the wood into certain length –> Wood Steaming or wood boiling –> Wooden Bark Peeling –> Rotary Cutting of wood into chips of a certain thickness (2.18MM) –> CNC punching machine to cut into 110mm*5mm or 140mm*5mm wooden coffee stirring sticks–> Product drying –> Obtaining dried wooden coffee stirring sticks–> Arrange wooden coffee stirring stick into good order–> Initial selection (removing products considered unqualified waste, those with obvious thin/narrow/bent problems) –
Chamfering and surface removal (Making round edge) –> further polishing the coffee stirring stick –> Arrange the wooden coffee stirring sticks into good order again –> Wooden coffee stirring stick selection, using a ice cream stick visual selecting machine to further select the chamfered wooden coffee stirring stick , making the inspection process more precise –> If the product needs to be branded, use wooden wooden coffee stirring stick branding machine –> If branding is not required, use a bundling machine to bundle 50 sticks/bundle –> Finished product, boxed.
