CNC Wooden Tongue Depressor Stick Punching Machine

Working Principle:
The machine is equipped with two pieces of carved cutting blades designed to shape tongue depressor sticks. The feeding width of the veneer can be set via the electric control cabinet. During the operation, the machine produces precisely formed wooden tongue depressor sticks. It plays a crucial role in defining the final product shape, and by replacing the carved cutting blades (shape forming blade), different sizes and shapes of products can be manufactured.

Features:
The machine includes two motors: one standard motor and one servo motor. The veneer feeding mechanism is driven by the servo motor, with the feeding width adjustable through the LCD screen. Operation of the machine is straightforward and user-friendly.

Remarks:

To achieve the best results, the wooden veneer for tongue depressor sticks should be freshly rotary cut from the rotary wood peeling machine. Using the veneer while it is still moist and slightly warm ensures an excellent punching effect during forming.
