Stainless Steel Boiling Tank for Bamboo Spoon Line

The Stainless Steel Boiling Tank is used to treat fresh bamboo sticks or strips by boiling them in water with the addition of H₂O₂ (hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution).

This process serves to eliminate insect eggs and mold spores, thereby preventing future insect infestation and mildew formation. As a result, the treated bamboo becomes more durable and suitable for further use.

The standard boiling time is approximately one hour. If a natural bamboo color is desired, this stainless steel tank treatment is essential. After boiling, the bamboo must undergo a drying process to complete the preservation treatment.
